Status Code Explained

Pending payment – We are waiting for your payment to arrive before processing your order.

Processing – We have received your payment and your order will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.

Completed – We have processed your order and it has been dispatched.

Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled. If you have not cancelled your order please contact us.

Refunded – We have issued you a full refund and will not process your order.

Failed – Your card or PayPal payment has not been accepted. Please contact us.
