Minimum Order and Customisation:
Our masks come in a minimum quantity of 4, with the option to increase in increments of 2. To create a varied assortment, kindly note that if you require multiple designs, they should be ordered separately. For example, for 12 masks featuring two different images, simply order 2 packs of 6.

High-Quality Image Submission:
To guarantee the best results, we recommend using images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi, taken up-close in natural light facing straight at the camera with all features like hair & ears etc in the image. Our team will assess the image’s quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect cut-out.

Avoiding Low-Quality Images:
To provide you with the best product possible, please refrain from using images sourced from social media or screenshots, as they may result in low-quality masks.
